MS Dynamics CRM Developer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated MS Dynamics CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and be able to develop and deploy CRM solutions that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities : - Design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (including Dynamics 365). - Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and custom applications. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define CRM requirements. - Implement integrations between MS Dynamics CRM and other third-party applications and services. - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data. - Perform testing and debugging of CRM solutions to ensure seamless functionality. - Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for CRM users. - Work with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. - Provide technical documentation and end-user training as needed. - Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of MS Dynamics CRM and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development (including Dynamics 365). - Hands-on experience with customizing Dynamics CRM, creating workflows, plugins, and forms. - Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and other related development technologies. - Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems (e.g., ERP, SharePoint, etc.). - Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security. - Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service modules. - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and Azure services.
