PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BESS PLANT Part time in site until start of construction, after full time in site Project: Construction of 100 MW / 400MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Plant Location: Trapani/Power Plant Sicily Work Schedule: 8 hours/day - 5 days/week Starting date: April 2025 Duration: 12 months with possible extension Job description : Setting up project policies and procedures; Leading HSE for the part of the project he is in charge; Setting up contract administration systems; Identifying the risks and opportunities of the project and monitoring them during the project, proposing mitigation/implementation actions; Overseeing and commenting on the overall programme of the project, highlighting any deviation from the plan that could generate delays in the completion of the project; Surveying all site activities, assuring that they are performed as per EPC or BI/BoP contracts and in safety compliance with environmental prescriptions, permits, and authorizations; Surveying the quality of the works on site and monitoring all commissioning activities; The Project Manager will be on site on a part-time basis once construction works commence and during the main (post FNTP) construction phase of the project; This working pattern shall be maintained until the mechanical/electrical erection works start; from that phase onwards, the Project Manager shall be on site full-time; Regular presentations to the Project Steering Committee and any other such meetings are expected on a monthly basis.
