For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com Job Description We are looking for a permanent IT support consultant from any ERP, IT areas, based in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. French and English-speaking skills, to coordinate with teams based on client's site in Ain and offshore in India. Hybrid - 4 days onsite – 1 remote. Key Responsibilities French speaking - with functional skills to work on an onsite client facing role. English speaking - to coordinate with offshore teams based in India. Working closely with development and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Effective communicator to all levels of management including project sponsors project stakeholders IT directors and user community. Proactive customer communication. Liaising with the offshore team and drive cadence calls with Application owner offshore support team. Key Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience as a help-desk or IT Support in any IT area or ERP. Fluency in French and English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work onsite in Ain - Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in France for 4 days a week – 1 remotely.
