IT Manager

Anderson Knight are delighted to be Retained on behalf of our client who are an award winning uk recognised brand within the retail sector. They are looking to appoint an IT Manager to take full responsibility for the business IT systems, including IT operations, infrastructure, applications and project delivery. Significant exposure to Windows and Microsoft applications are essential. Main Duties Included: · Developing the IT strategy for the organisation · Responsible for the management and implementation of IT projects · Responsible for the day to day management of the IT security · Keeping senior management updated on progress relating to IT projects, strategy and implementation · Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation · Maintain policies and procedures for the IT department · Overall day-to-day administration of all system devices and peripherals, including mobile technology · Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget Ideal Candidate: · Able to build and maintain effective relationship and influence senior stakeholds · high level of interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong commercial acumen are essential · Able to take the initiative especially when troubleshooting problems · Skilled people manager with experience of managing a team To apply for this position please click on the link below
