The Company My client is a Planning and Development Consultancy, who have more than 60 years combines experiences in the private and public sectors They specialise in offering tailored advice across a broad range of projects such as large-scale retail, residential, commercial, mixed use, student, and build-to-rent projects They are now on the lookout for a dynamic Town Planner to join the team in their Edinburgh office The Role as a Town Planner Provide expert planning advice for property development projects. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
