Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.00pm Contract Type: Full time / Permanent Sector: IT & Scientific Our client based in Saffron Walden is looking for a full time Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As Technical Support Specialist your duties will include: Providing technical support across all company products Preparing quotes for customers Checking Purchase Orders Diagnosing faults and providing solutions Assisting with pre-sales & post- sales Application / product testing. An ideal candidate for the Technical Support Specialist will have: Degree in Chemistry Previous experience in a technical support role IT literacy Hands on laboratory experience Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
