As Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cross-class commercial insurance risks, looking after an existing book of clients. This role will suit an experienced Commercial Account Handler with a proven broking background and strong technical knowledge across a range of products. Key Responsibilities: Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims and queries for your clients. Always providing an exceptional level of customer service, representing the business in a highly professional manner. Building and retaining excellent working relationships with both clients and insurers. Ensuring clients receive the best possible cover to meet their insurance needs. Experience and Skills: Proven insurance broking experience as a Commercial Account Handler is a must. Strong knowledge across a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
