Position Summary: Basements Plus is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Sales and Sales Manager. This role is critical in ensuring smoother sales team operations by managing administrative tasks and contributing to the efficiency of the team. Essential Job Functions: Data Management and Reporting: Maintain data accuracy in the CRM system by monitoring and reporting on unresulted appointments, sales turn-ins, and dispositions. Conduct regular audits of CRM sales data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with sales processes. Scheduling and Coordination : Manage the calendar for the Sales Manager, coordinating ride-alongs and team training sessions to align with team goals and availability. Sales Meetings and Documentation: Actively participate in sales meetings by providing updates on sales metrics and transcribing meeting discussions for future reference. Realtor Program Support : Cold-call realtors, build relationships, and schedule presentations to promote the company’s offerings and support the growth of the Realtor Program. Fleet and Vehicle Usage Monitoring : Coordinate with the fleet manager to track the status and usage of sales vehicles, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to maintenance schedules. Sales Appointment Oversight : Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales appointments to ensure alignment with goals and resolve issues promptly. Job Scrubs and General Sales Support : Assist the Sales Manager with job scrubs to ensure lead accuracy and provide administrative support for sales efforts. Position Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. High attention to detail and efficiency in managing tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Previous experience in sales or administrative roles preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1 years of experience in customer service or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates success in the field.
