Order Entry Associate (FLOAT POSITION)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced individual to fill an immediate opening as an Order Entry and Warehouse Associate ( Float Position) . This role is dynamic and requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Office Duties: Act as a customer liaison, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Answer phones and enter sales orders. Warehouse Duties: If needed assist in pulling orders and packaging small hardware items when needed. (lifting up to 70 lbs.) Begin your training in the warehouse to become familiar with our products and processes. Training duration will depend on your skill level. General Expectations: Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong computer skills. Possess a clear speaking voice, both in person and over the phone. PASS a criminal background check and drug test. Key Qualifications: Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with team members. Self-starter who can identify areas for improvement and address them proactively. Organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and efficiency. Additional qualifications (Helpful, but not necessary) Prior experience with small parts distribution or supply chain logistics (electrical industry). Experience with known ERP or CRM software MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Forklift or stock picker Benefits: 7 days combined vacation/personal time after 1st full year of employment. Flexible schedule with advance notice or prior agreement M-F, 8am-4pm, overtime available on a limited basis.
