We are looking for a talented Talend Developer to join our dynamic data engineering team and contribute to our data integration and transformation initiatives. Job Summary : As a Talend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data integration processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting our data strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate them into robust ETL solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend tools. - Collaborate with data architects and analysts to gather requirements and create technical specifications. - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes. - Conduct data quality checks and implement data cleansing processes. - Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability. - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. - Develop documentation for data pipelines, processes, and workflows. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data integration and ETL. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - 6-10 years of professional experience in data integration and ETL development using Talend. - Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. - Experience with Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Fabric. - Familiarity with various data sources including databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud storage. - Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. - Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications in Talend or related data technologies are a plus. - Experience in Agile development methodologies.
