Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Shell Scripting to join our dynamic IT team. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database development and be proficient in PL/SQL. - Experience with Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) and Pro-C will be considered a significant advantage. - Minimum Experience Requirement Is 3 Years To 5 Years - Must Have : Unix Shell scripting, PL-SQL - Good To Have : Pro-C / Oracle ReSA / ReIM or RMS - Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP. - Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken - Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type. - Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents - Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification - Work on change requests from business. - Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports - Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications - Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements - Keeping affected business partners informed about progress - Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support. - Contribute towards updating knowledge assets - Document all the learning's from the project - Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working - Should be able to do the out of hours support and willing to work in UK shift. - Total Experience Expected : 04-06 years Qualifications : Must Have Skills : Unix Shell scripting, PL-SQL Good To Have : Pro-C / Oracle ReSA / ReIM or RMS Additional Information : At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
