About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing, testing, and documenting technical platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will act as a critical bridge between our sales organization and customers, providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities : - Implement, configure, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services according to detailed specifications. - Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security. - Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and troubleshooting procedures. - Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes. - Provide 2nd level technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex cloud-related issues. - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Escalate issues to 3rd level support or vendor support as needed. - Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process. - Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase cloud solutions to potential clients. - Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate cloud solutions within your areas of expertise. - Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through detailed requirement gathering. - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices. - Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your technical skills. - Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - Design, test, and document hardware components related to cloud infrastructure. - Manage hardware inventory and ensure proper maintenance. - Perform well-defined tasks related to hardware integration. Qualifications & Skills : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - Proven experience in implementing and supporting cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with cloud infrastructure management, automation, and monitoring tools. - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g, Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g, Terraform, CloudFormation). - Experience with hardware components related to cloud infrastructure is a plus. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. - Proficiency in operating systems (Linux, Windows). - Knowledge of networking principles and protocols. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn new technologies quickly (ref:hirist.tech)
