Group Financial Accountant

We are seeking a Temporary Group Financial Accountant to support an organisation whilst they go through their year end and some significant organisation changes. Client Details My client has a nationwide presence with one of their larger offices located in Solihull Description Preparation of the statutory accounts Liaising with the auditors Driving the year end Creation of the financial statements Consolidation of the group accounts Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Perform financial analysis and forecasting. Assist with audits and taxes. Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company. Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and executives. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. Profile A successful Group Financial Accountant should have: Qualified accountant Strong technical finance skills Previous consolidation experience and exposure to FRS 101 and 102 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Advanced understanding of financial principles and regulations. Job Offer Six month interim role £350 - 450 a day
