Job Description Job Description Description: UMass Memorial Healthcare kicked off their Windows 10 upgrade to stay in compliance with the recently updated EMR system, EPIC and have recently finished it. They now have a 5 year contract to complete 20% of the work each year for their evergreen project-Replacing all old equipment with new devices. They will also be moving to different projects such as hospital at home, checkpoint project, and integrating a new hospital. Skills: Windows, 10, Deployment, Desktop, Windows 10, Imaging, Active directory, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Hardware Top Skills Details: Windows,10,Deployment,Desktop,Windows 10,Imaging Additional Skills & Qualifications: Great interpersonal skills are a must.
