Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for overtime What You’ll Do: As a Warehouse/Yard Associate , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our busy yard while supporting both our customers and internal teams. Your day will be full of variety, from loading orders to keeping the yard in tip-top shape. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities: Loading & Unloading Orders: Safely and efficiently load customer orders on Barnsco fleet trailers and customer vehicles. Product Handling: Process and verify orders with precision, using ASA tags and ensuring all deliveries are accurate and undamaged. Customer Assistance: Work closely with our counter sales team, assisting customers by retrieving products and offering top-notch service. Maintenance Duties: Perform light maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, to keep everything running smoothly. Yard & Warehouse Organization: Help maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse environment. Team Support: Pitch in on various tasks as needed to keep our operations flowing smoothly. What You Bring: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and customers (bilingual a plus). Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and working with tools. Must be comfortable climbing equipment and working in all weather conditions. Customer Service Expertise: You love helping others and ensuring the best possible experience for our clients. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for product accuracy and organization in everything you do. Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills are helpful, but a can-do attitude is a must Flexibility: Willing to work overtime when needed, including Saturdays.
