Job Description Job Description Hiring Electromechanical Assemblers Pay: $19-25/hr DOE, paid weekly Shift: 6am-2:30pm, m-f Location: Frank Lloyd Wright & Greenway Description The Electromechanical Assembler role is responsible for the precisely assembling advanced laser units/systems, laser units, and their corresponding sub-assemblies. A big part of this position is accurately reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to assembly the systems. Other responsibilities include performing intricate assembly on complex electro-mechanical systems and sub-assemblies. Additional Skills & Qualifications -Must have 4 years of Assembly Experience Must have experience and proficiency with blue prints/schematics -Must be capable to lift up to 50 or more Pounds -Familiarity with basic computer applications for documentation and data entry -High attention to detail, eye coordination, and dexterity with the ability to handle small fasteners and components -Must have the ability to stand at an assembly station for 8 hours a day Why Work Here? -After 30 days of employment the company will offer full paid benefits (Vision, Dental, Medical) -4 various benefit programs offered depending on quantity of dependents -401K match up to 10% after 90 days of employment -Internal Employees get paid weekly (Every Friday) -Quarterly performance bonus's offered -End of year bonuses Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
