Job Description Job Description Order Entry Clerk LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an education company in Tempe who is in search of an order entry clerk to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-430pm. The first several months are fully in office for training, but hybrid flexibility will be available after. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth workflow within the team. You will work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s order management system. Verify order details including product availability, pricing, and customer information. Communicate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues. Track and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist with processing returns or exchanges when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related correspondence. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and improve performance. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
