Job Description Job Description Customer Service Representative 2 shift options: M-F 8am-5pm M-F 10am-7pm Description - National contact center support - Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers - Support sales order process for new installation projects - Following up on open service requests and placing new requests - Support billing and payment process - Completing online service requests Skills Customer service, Customer support, Support, Customer service oriented, Customer service call center, Call center, Call center support Additional Skills & Qualifications - Customer service - Call Center preferred - Administrative support - Microsoft skills - Attention to detail - Reliability Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
