Job Description Job Description HVAC Dispatcher – ServiceTitan Experience Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching HVAC service technicians , scheduling jobs efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Experience with ServiceTitan software is highly preferred. This position requires a flexible schedule , including the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls, ensuring timely response and efficient routing. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, confirming appointments, updating schedules, and addressing inquiries. Job Coordination: Monitor job progress, reassign tasks as needed, and ensure technicians have the necessary information and resources. ServiceTitan Utilization: Use ServiceTitan to schedule jobs, track technician status, update customer records, and manage invoicing or work orders. Problem-Solving: Handle scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and emergency service requests with professionalism. Team Collaboration: Work closely with HVAC technicians, sales, and management to optimize daily operations and enhance efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: 1 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry. Proficiency in ServiceTitan software (preferred) or experience with similar dispatching/scheduling software. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent service calls effectively. Basic understanding of HVAC terminology and services (preferred but not required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. Must be available to work the late shift from 12-8pm. Why Join Us?
