In a ONE CALL CLOSE SALES Environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Analyze market trends to stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings.
