Job Description Job Description Paradigm Direct is currently seeking a dependable Customer Service Associate for their Kearney, Missouri office. Responsibilities include a wide range of duties including answering phones, generating reports, data entry, and basic customer service duties. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong people skills, good phone etiquette, and experience working as part of a team. The ability to multitask is essential to success in this fast-paced environment as is the ability to achieve high organizational performance standards. Experience using Microsoft Office products and a high school diploma are required, college education is a plus. Hours: 8-Hour Shift 10 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
