2025 Harvest Internship Job Description: 2025 Harvest Internship – Paul Lato Wines (Santa Maria, CA) Paul Lato Wines is a boutique, family-owned winery in Santa Maria, CA, producing highly acclaimed wines from California's Central Coast. Our wines are consistently recognized by top critics and publications, and we take pride in our traditional European-style winemaking with a focus on quality, purity and precision. We're looking for hardworking, energetic, wine-loving interns to join us for the 2025 harvest season (late August to mid-November). Interns will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of harvest and cellar work, with plenty of learning opportunities along the way. Both first-time interns and seasoned harvest workers are welcome. We especially value team players who are curious, motivated, and passionate about wine.
