Location: Remote (Calabria, Sicily or Sardinia) Business Sector: TUI Musement Function: Local Operations Contract Terms: Fixed term Number of positions: 1 Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Italy as an Operations Agent (Transfer). ABOUT THE JOB You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation. Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time. Manage Last Minute Bookings and Amendments, communicating them to the Service Delivery team and suppliers, guaranteeing services are as smooth as possible and optimizing costs and load factor. Amend, whenever necessary, plannings accordingly to vehicle availability. Support the service delivery team. Resolve daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met. Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes. Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems. Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy. Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team. Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line. ABOUT YOU Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English are required. Other European languages would be advantageous. Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable. Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday). Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture. Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills. A collaborative and great team player. Ability to prioritize in day-to-day workload.
