HGV Driver

Adhoc Class 2 Driver wanted Our client is a company that specialises in supply chain and warehouse management for national blue chip companies. We are currently seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to support our client through a period of holiday cover. The successful candidate will possess a current and valid Class 2 HGV Licence and must have HGV Class 2 driving experience. You will be delivering caged clothing across Cumbria, South West Scotland and the North East. There will be some handballing involved. Hours - Hours TBC Pay - £13.06 Responsibilities of the Class 2 HGV Driver Deliver caged clothing to hubs and retail outlets Offload cages and deliver exemplary customer service Ensure all documentation and delivery notes are logged and distributed accordingly Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy. Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner and prepare to return home. Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
