Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager Support the Store Manager to: Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales , service , and team development . Drive sales performance , customer engagement , and profitability . Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee stock management , merchandising , and store presentation to company standards. Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels. Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management. Maintain high standards of compliance , health & safety , and operational excellence . What We're Looking For: Experience as a Deputy Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role. A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving commercial success . Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to make data-driven decisions .
