Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales , service , and team development . Drive sales performance , customer engagement , and profitability . Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee stock management , merchandising , and store presentation to company standards. Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels. Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management. Maintain high standards of compliance , health & safety , and operational excellence .
