SAP WM/LE Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Title : Senior SAP WM-LE Consultant (Warehouse & Logistics Execution Expert) Experience : 12 Years Location : [Insert Location or Remote] Employment Type : Full-time / Contract Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced SAP WM-LE Consultant with a deep understanding of Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution processes. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in SAP implementations, support, and solution design across various industry verticals. A strong focus on end-to-end implementations, process optimization, and integration with other SAP modules is required. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage SAP WM-LE implementations, upgrades, and support projects. - Conduct business requirement workshops and prepare functional SAP WM and LE modules for : - Warehouse structure and master data - Inbound and outbound processes - Transfer orders and stock movements - Putaway and picking strategies - Physical inventory - Delivery processing and shipment - Integrate WM with MM, SD, EWM, and 3rd-party systems. - Define and support processes in Logistics Execution, including: - Shipping, packing, handling units - Route determination, transportation planning - Interface with carriers and transport systems (via IDoc/EDI) - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in logistics and warehouse processes. - Train end-users and prepare training documentation. - Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. Required Skills : - 12 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on WM (Warehouse Management) and LE (Logistics Execution). - Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics workflows. - Experience in at least 3 full life cycle implementations. - Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP WM and LE. - Integration experience with MM, SD, EWM, and external WMS systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in S/4HANA (especially S/4HANA Embedded WM or Stock Room Management). - Exposure to SAP EWM and RF framework. - Knowledge of handling unit management (HUM). - Basic ABAP debugging skills. - SAP Certification in WM or LE modules.
