Job Description
Role : PMO & Business Analyst Insurance Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic PMO & Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the insurance sector to manage project governance, drive business analysis, and support process improvement initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient project delivery, and data-driven decision-making. Role : Manage project governance, business analysis, and process improvements in the insurance sector, ensuring seamless execution and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities : Project Management Office (PMO) : - Oversee project governance, reporting, and documentation standards. - Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Coordinate resource allocation, stakeholder communications, and change control processes. - Support project planning using tools like MS Project and JIRA. Business Analysis : - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements. - Develop BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and use cases using Visio or similar tools. - Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off. - Ensure projects meet regulatory and compliance standards specific to insurance. Data & Reporting : - Perform data analysis and create insightful dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. - Translate insurance business data into actionable intelligence for decision-makers. Process Optimization : - Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose solutions for continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations. Requirements : - 5-6 years in insurance project management & business analysis. - Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies. - Strong data analysis & reporting (Excel, SQL, Power BI). - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio. - Insurance domain knowledge (Motor, Life, Health, P&C, Reinsurance). - Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills. Preferred certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, CPCU. Key Responsibilities : PMO : Project governance, tracking, risk management, resource allocation. Business Analysis : Requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, regulatory compliance. Data & Reporting : Analyze insurance data for insights and decision-making. Process Optimization : Enhance workflows, tools, and templates for efficiency. Required Qualifications : - 56 years of experience in insurance-based project management and business analysis. - Strong knowledge of Motor, Life, Health, P&C, and Reinsurance domains. - Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies. - Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, SQL, and Power BI. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven stakeholder engagement experience.
