SAP SD/LE Consultant

Job Title : Senior SAP SD-LE Consultant (Logistics Execution Expert) Experience : 12 Years Location : [Insert Location or Remote] Employment Type : Full-time / Contract Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD-LE Consultant with over 12 years of expertise, particularly in Logistics Execution (LE). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling end-to-end SAP implementations, configuration, integration, and support for Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and deliver SAP SD-LE implementation projects across various phases-blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support. - Analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions, particularly in the areas of shipping, transportation, warehouse integration, and delivery processing. Configure key functionalities in SD and LE, such as : Order-to-Cash (O2C) : - Delivery and Shipment processing - Transportation Management - Warehouse Management Integration - Route determination, shipment cost calculation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, WM, FI, and external systems to ensure seamless process flow. - Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces (IDocs, EDI). - Perform integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Provide training, documentation, and go-live support to users. - Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Logistics Execution and mentor junior consultants. Required Skills : - 12 years of SAP SD-LE experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations. - Deep understanding of LE processes: inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, and transportation. - Strong configuration experience in SD and LE. - Integration experience with WM, TM, EWM, and external carriers. - Experience with IDoc, ALE, and EDI interfaces for logistics. - Strong business process knowledge in the logistics domain. - Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with S/4HANA Logistics is a plus. - Exposure to SAP TM (Transportation Management) or SAP EWM. - Knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis. - SAP Certification in SD or LE modules.
