SAP QM/WM Functional Analyst

Role : SAP QM/WM Functional Analyst : Reporting to the Sr. Manager IT, the SAP QM/WM Functional Analyst is responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting SAP Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. As part of the global competence center, this hands-on role supports day-to-day operations, optimizes business processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers high-quality, cost-effective SAP solutions. The analyst works closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to design, configure, and integrate SAP modules with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Lead implementation, configuration, and support for SAP QM and WM. - Analyze and optimize quality and warehouse processes. - Develop reports and BI solutions for actionable insights. - Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle and integrations with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, etc.). - Provide user training, support, and documentation. - Ensure regulatory compliance and system issue resolution. Core Competencies : - Strong SAP QM/WM functional and integration knowledge. - Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality solutions on time. Required Experience & Skills : - 8 years of SAP QM/WM experience, including integration with SD, FIN, BI. - Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA/ECC, EDI, IDOCs, and reporting tools. - Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Other Requirements : - Domestic/international travel as needed. - Availability during U.S. working hours. - Strong interpersonal and leadership traits including attention to detail, self-motivation, and effective prioritization.
