SAP PP/PM Functional Analyst - S/4 HANA Module

SAP PP/PM Functional Analyst Summary Reporting to the Sr. Manager IT, the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst plays a key role in managing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP/PM modules to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives. As a member of the global competence center, the analyst collaborates with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to design and implement cost-effective technology solutions that align with industry best practices. This hands-on role includes managing internal and external resources to deliver high-quality projects, ensure compliance, and provide day-to-day support. The analyst leads SAP integration, optimization, training, and reporting efforts while maintaining comprehensive documentation and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : - Lead SAP PP/PM module implementations, configurations, and upgrades. - Optimize production and maintenance processes for cost efficiency and performance. - Design and deliver SAP reporting and BI solutions. - Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, FI, and third-party systems. - Manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering to go-live and support. - Provide training and troubleshooting support to SAP end-users. - Ensure system compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Core Competencies : - Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP PP/PM with deep integration knowledge. - Proven problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Strong time management, attention to detail, and customer service focus. - Hands-on experience with material planning, MRP, cost control, and lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications : - 10 years of SAP PP/PM functional experience with integration across core SAP modules. - Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or ECC environments. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and product costing. - Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries preferred. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. - Functional knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report cycles. Additional Requirements : - Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed. - Availability during U.S. business hours. - Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
