Innovation Project Management Associate Manager

What you’ll do: Join the Product Innovation team, specifically within the Project Management function, reporting directly to the Project Manager . Partner closely with the Innovation Scouting team to assess the feasibility of new product ideas and features. Lead and manage the execution phase of innovation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Develop project roadmaps, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new innovations to market. Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Establish and optimize project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency. Track project performance, monitor key metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership. Manage and coordinate the production of presentations and reports for the leadership team, ensuring strategic alignment across all teams. What you’ll bring: At least 4-5 years of experience in project management, overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects. Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges in project execution. Ability to bridge the gap between ideation and execution, ensuring that innovative concepts turn into real-world solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple teams. Experience in innovation management is a plus, especially in transitioning ideas into execution. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
