Job Description : The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, excellent project management skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of Odoo/ERP systems to meet business objectives. Responsibilities : - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. - Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Establish clear project communication plans and reporting structures. - Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and expectations. - Manage and lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, consultants, and client representatives. - Oversee the configuration, customization, and implementation of Odoo modules. - Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions. - Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets. - Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders. - Manage and resolve project issues and conflicts effectively. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. - Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders. - Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations. - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Assign tasks and responsibilities effectively. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. - Identify training and development needs for team members. - Ensure the quality and integrity of the Odoo/ERP implementation. - Oversee testing activities and ensure thorough testing of all functionalities. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients. - Ensure proper documentation of the implemented solution. - Plan and manage the deployment and go-live phases of the project. - Provide post-implementation support and ensure a smooth transition for users. - Monitor system performance after go-live and address any issues. - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders post-implementation. - Identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement. - Manage any post-implementation enhancements or upgrades. - Document lessons learned from each project to improve future and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience 4 in managing ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on Odoo. - Deep understanding of Odoo modules and their functionalities (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR). - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling skills. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. - Experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations. - Familiarity with database concepts and SQL is a plus. - Odoo certifications are highly desirable.
