More details as below. Location : India (remote). Type : Contract (12 months potential to extend). Experience : 5 years. Shift Timings : 1 pm to 10 pm IST. Requirements : - 5 years of proven experience in configuring and managing SAP SuccessFactors modules related to Succession Planning, Performance Management, Goal Management, and Time Management. - Strong understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle management. - Ability to develop complex business rules and perform system configurations to meet organizational needs. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Configure and manage Succession Nominations, Succession Approval workflows, Matrix Grid Ratings, Talent Search functionalities, and Talent Pools within SAP SuccessFactors. - Utilize the Succession Organizational Chart to provide clear visibility into succession plans and talent pipelines. - Implement and customize the Performance vs.Potential 9-Box Grid for effective talent assessment. - Design and configure Development Plan templates and Learning Activity templates to support employee growth initiatives. - Manage Career Worksheet templates and define Career Paths to facilitate career development discussions. - Configure Goal Plan Templates, incorporating both standard and custom fields to align with organizational objectives. - Implement Goal Wizard, cascading goal linking, and manage Import Goals, Group Goals, and Goal Execution functionalities. - Configure Performance Templates and manage the Competency Library to support performance evaluations. - Integrate Goal Management with the Performance Management module to ensure alignment between objectives and evaluations. - Calculate overall performance ratings and establish Route Maps to define form template workflows. - Integrate with the Calibration module to ensure fair and objective talent assessments. - Implement Continuous Performance Management and Continuous Feedback mechanisms to foster ongoing development conversations. - Possess knowledge of the Time Management module, including configuration of Time Profiles, Time Types, Time Account Types, Work Schedules, and Holiday Calendars.
