Role Description : This is a full-time role for an Oracle Data Integrator Developer & Support at Stridely solutions. The role involves tasks such as integrating data, consulting on business processes, and working with Oracle data integrator and PL/SQL and working experience on data warehousing. This role is located in Ahmedabad, Pune & Vadodara and is an on-site : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience 4-8 : - Design, develop, and implement ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to integrate data from various source systems into target data warehouses or other data repositories. - Create and maintain ODI mappings, interfaces, packages, and procedures according to business requirements and technical specifications. - Optimize ODI performance by tuning mappings, interfaces, and infrastructure components. - Develop and implement error handling and data validation routines within ODI. - Participate in the design and development of data models for data warehousing solutions. - Provide ongoing support for existing ODI integrations and processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ODI execution, data quality, and connectivity. - Monitor ODI jobs and schedules to ensure timely and successful completion. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes. - Apply patches and upgrades to the ODI environment as required. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their data integration requirements and provide regular updates on progress. - Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss technical solutions and address concerns. - Maintain clear and concise communication with all responsible stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and resolutions. - Apply a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema), ETL/ELT principles, and data quality best practices. - Work with data warehouse teams to ensure seamless integration of data through ODI. - Understand and adhere to data governance policies and standards. - Utilize strong PL/SQL skills to develop and maintain database objects (stored procedures, functions, triggers) that support ODI processes. - Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Troubleshoot database-related issues that impact ODI performance or : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university. - 4-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - Proven experience working with various data sources, including relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), flat files, and other data formats. - Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, principles, and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Must be willing to work on-site in Ahmedabad, Pune, or Skills : - Experience with specific versions of Oracle Data Integrator (11g, 12c). - Knowledge of other ETL tools and technologies. - Experience with data modeling tools (Erwin, ER/Studio). - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting for automation. - Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery). - Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks. - Experience with performance tuning of ODI environments and database queries. - Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
