The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the MERN stack and a proven track record of architecting and developing complex, large-scale software systems. You will be responsible for leading technical design, mentoring development teams, and ensuring best practices in system design and development are followed. Your expertise will be critical in delivering high-quality applications that support multiple clients and use cases. Key Responsibilities : - Architecture Design : Lead the design and architecture of multi-tenant applications, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and maintainability. - Full-Stack Development : Utilize your expertise in React.js, Node.js, and the MERN stack to create robust solutions, from front-end UI to back-end server-side logic. - Cloud & Infrastructure : Design cloud-based architectures that are resilient, secure, and capable of supporting multiple tenants with isolated data and user environments. - Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize application performance across various layers, including database optimization, server-side rendering, and React performance tuning. - Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and agile methodologies. - Security : Implement security best practices to ensure the safety and integrity of multitenant data and user interactions. - Code Review & Quality Assurance : Oversee code reviews, ensuring that the code is clean, scalable, and follows best practices. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver features that meet customer needs and align with the companys technical : : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related : - 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building multitenant applications. - Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and the MERN stack. - Proven experience in architecting and building scalable, high-performance applications. - Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, containerization (Docker), and deployment strategies (Azure or AWS). - Deep understanding of databases, including MongoDB, and experience with designing schema for multi-tenant systems. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration of third-party services. - Strong understanding of security practices and user authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated testing, integration, and deployment. - Experience with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (Jira, etc. - Proven experience in developing and integrating APIs. - Strong knowledge of MongoDB and experience with NoSQL databases. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (ref:hirist.tech)
