Salesforce Architect - Sales/Service Cloud

Job Title : Salesforce Architect Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end Salesforce solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture, and the drive to build cutting-edge capabilities in Salesforce Data Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , and Agentforce . The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer outcomes through innovative platform use and seamless integrations. Key Responsibilities : 1. Solution Architecture & Design : - Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. - Ensure solutions consider data model optimization, performance, maintainability, and future scalability. 2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis : - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into technical architecture and design specifications. - Facilitate architecture reviews and provide recommendations based on business value and technical feasibility. 3. Salesforce Platform Specialization : - Rapidly build proficiency and lead implementations in Salesforce Data Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , and Identify and apply native Financial Services Cloud features to address specific use cases and enhance customer engagement. 4. Salesforce Product Suite Optimization : - Architect and optimize Salesforce core platforms including : 1. Sales Cloud Sales automation and pipeline management 2. Service Cloud Customer service and support operations 3. Field Service Lightning Field operations management 4. Commerce Cloud (B2B) E-commerce solutions and integrations 5. Technical Integration & Development : - Leverage integration tools such as MuleSoft , Heroku , Tableau , and IoT Cloud to enable seamless data flow and advanced Perform hands-on development and customization using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery : - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful project execution. - Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project lifecycles. 7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement : - Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem innovations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements that promote operational efficiency and improved user experience. Minimum Qualifications & Certifications : - Salesforce Certified Architect - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (PD1/PD2) - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant - Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions - Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration frameworks - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) : - Experience with MuleSoft , Heroku , Tableau , and IoT Cloud - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , and Background in high-complexity architecture within enterprise environments (ref:hirist.tech)
