S/4 HANA/ABAP/EWM Technical Consultant

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with EWM expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with SAP, particularly in the EWM module. This position requires strong ABAP development skills along with the ability to work in a techno-functional capacity within the EWM landscape. If you have hands-on experience in EWM processes, RF framework developments, and the Post Processing Framework, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities : - Develop and enhance EWM functionalities using ABAP, including custom developments and modifications. - Participate in various EWM processes such as Inbound, Outbound, and Internal movements. - Work on Radio Frequency (RF) framework developments. - Handle Monitor enhancements and new developments in EWM. - Utilize Post Processing Framework for error handling and processing. - Develop using Object-Oriented ABAP for scalable and efficient code. - Understand and leverage EWM tables, transaction codes, and classes for custom developments. - Collaborate with business and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Design and configure EWM processes in alignment with customer needs. - Conduct unit testing, function testing, and integration testing in the development lifecycle. - Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live phases by addressing any system issues or enhancements. Preferred Skills : - Strong ABAP development skills : Solid experience with core ABAP programming. - EWM Development Experience : At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) developments. - EWM Process Knowledge : In-depth understanding of processes such as Inbound, Outbound, and Internal warehouse operations. - Radio Frequency Framework : Experience with RF framework and related developments. - Monitor Enhancements : Experience with monitoring and new developments. - Post Processing Framework (PPF) : Experience in enhancing and customizing the PPF for error handling. - OO ABAP : Strong hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP development. - EWM Tables & Transaction Codes : Familiarity with various EWM-specific tables and transaction codes. Additional Advantage Skills : - Basic knowledge of S4/HANA EWM. - Experience in S/4 HANA ABAP development with ODATA, Gateway, and CDS views. - Ability to understand and implement custom development processes across unit, function, and integration testing phases. - Ability to work with business teams to design solutions based on SAP EWM processes and provide solutions for identified gaps. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Qualifications : - B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field. - 4-6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2 years of experience in EWM.
