Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive best practices in software development, and lead projects from inception to deployment. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications - Lead and oversee front-end and back-end development projects - Ensure seamless integration of all software components - Implement best practices for clean, maintainable, and scalable code - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning Qualifications & Skills : - Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on back-end technologies - Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) - Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET - Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) - Ability to lead software development projects from conception to deployment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience in the travel technology industry is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
