The Listing team at Amazon Brazil is looking for highly motivated, talented, and data-driven Program Manager to support our 1P Selling Partners and employees to navigate our ASIN creation systems (listing systems). Adding or editing product offers on Amazon's website is an important step in Amazon's flywheel. Every day, Selling Partners are adding new products to Amazon's catalog, and they use our listing systems and interfaces to submit their product information. In the 'Catalog creation success program', Selling Partners are our main customers, and we target mechanisms for Selling Partners to upload catalog in a fast and seamless manner. The core responsibilities for this position include managing the 'catalog creation success program', which entails: Monitoring listing success metrics (improvements, period-over-period improvements, bottlenecks, new events); Supporting the most common issues to avoid listings being blocked; Mapping and delivering short-term actions that support a seamless listing experience for Selling Partners; Defining and performing training to support listing and listing tools adoption; Reporting results and evolution to leadership; Owning Listing Products testing and launch. Key job responsibilities: Management of Listing attributes and requirements by product category; 1P Listing metrics reporting, spike monitoring, and definition of action plans to stay on track; 1P Listing issues dive deep (root cause analysis and action to resolve); 1P Listing Products and feature tools adoption; Vendor and internal users education; Listing projects; Qualifications: Experience in program or project management; Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents; Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management; Advanced Excel; Verbal and written communication skills; Stakeholder management skills; Advanced English proficiency (Reading, Writing, and Speaking); Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology; Experience in MS Access and SQL.
