IT Asset Manager Miejsce pracy: Rzeszów Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record in managing PC refresh projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory management, and leading the PC refresh initiatives to enhance our IT infrastructure. The IT asset manager will be responsible to manage the asset management processes within the current Workplace Services agreement and the allocated resources. This position may require occasional travel to various company locations. Your responsibilities Asset Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT PC assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT PC assets using the ServiceNow platform. Improve and automate asset information update within ITSM platform (ServiceNow) Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures. ServiceNow Platform Management: Utilize the ServiceNow platform to track and manage IT PC assets lifecycle. Develop and implement workflows and processes within ServiceNow to streamline asset management activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow asset management module. PC Refresh Management: Lead and coordinate PC refresh projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for PC refresh initiatives, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure smooth deployment and transition of new PCs. Share best practices and knowledge of the PC refresh process with end-users. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and lifecycle metrics. Analyze asset data to identify trends, optimize asset utilization, and recommend improvements. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Our requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. Proven experience in managing PC refresh projects. Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles and best practices. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (ConfigMgr and Intune) systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow certification is a plus. ITIL v4 Foundation. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Optional Experience with ITIL framework and best practices. Familiarity with other IT management tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
