Test Manager Miejsce pracy: Łódź Technologies we use Expected Windows Linux Operating system Windows Linux About the project We are looking for a Test Manager to redefine and refine the testing approach for a portfolio of over 1500 standard applications. The primary goal is not functional testing but ensuring that applications return to full operational state after a failure or failover scenario. This will include a mix of ping tests, integration validation and data consistency checks. The scope also includes partial failover scenarios covering a selected subset of applications. The project will culminate in full-scale internal failover testing in the fall, requiring comprehensive test analysis, design, execution, and post-execution reporting. The role will involve close collaboration with test specialists and key stakeholders to define the details of the test framework. Work: 1 day a week from the office Your responsibilities Develop and implement a new testing strategy for standard applications. Develop failover scenario testing methodologies and ensure smooth application recovery. Automate repetitive test tasks to increase efficiency. Collaborate with development teams, test architects and engineers to establish test processes. Participate in test execution, reporting and post execution analysis. Our requirements Strong experience in developing test strategies and analyzing test processes. Experience in large scale system testing in organizations using Windows/Linux and Mainframe platforms. Hands-on experience in test automation and failover scenario testing. Structured approach to work, ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results on time. Fluent in English (B2/C1) to communicate with international teams. Optional Knowledge of the financial sector is an advantage. Experience in test automation at platform, infrastructure and application level is an advantage.
