Job Description
This is a maternity cover, a fixed term contract to cover our office assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities Responsible for all organitational work in the office To check all orders delivery To control and follow all activities related with our warehouse. To provide administrative support to the medical reps (order, invoices…). Fluent contact with customers To organize internal activities (sales meeting…) Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
