We're Hiring: IT Support Specialist Trainee Help the IT Support Team work on a system architecture monitoring project, deploying the monitoring module and handling alerts to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. You will be integrated into a highly communicative team of IT Support Specialists, collaborating closely with different technical and operational teams. The role will involve continuous learning and professional development, with specialized training in monitoring tools and infrastructure management. The support will be provided primarily through remote monitoring tools, proactive issue detection, and incident response management. Key Accountabilities Deal with co-workers either in person or by telephone or electronically. Suggest solutions when a product malfunction exist. Escalate any situation that may impact customer expectations. Identify and assess customer´s needs to achieve satisfaction. Inform issue status to stakeholders every certain period of time. Maintain assertive and healthy communication with customers and co-workers. Work with other Departments. Manage unresolved issues with the accurate specialist to ensure a proper service to the customer. Attend clinical and technical trainings organized by Werfen or external entities. Use of specific SW applications to monitor instrument logs as a tool for proactive diagnosis. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Follow Werfen communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Know and follow the ethical code of the company Networking/Key relationships This position requires cooperating with different company departments and Business Units. It is necessary and critical being up to date in many products and processes due to HelpLine support several key lines: Sales, BU and Product Manager, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Operations or Logistics. Mainly with customers, IT staff, Lab Technicians, Doctors or any other profile related with Laboratories. IT Werfen Consultants within Iberia. Product Managers, Product Support and development team. Sales staff and Key Account Managers. Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Must be a Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Information and Technology, Computer Science. Technical Knowledge required for the position: Former studies as a Technical IT background or bachelor’s degree in IT environment. Skills & Capabilities: Perfect command of Spanish. Teamwork and communication capabilities. Experience in Monitoring systems (Zabbix, Graphana, Nagios, etc.). Why WERFEN?
