Zakapps Software - SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Summary : As a SAP OOABAP Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP OOABAP applications with a focus on SAP Fiori development. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of SAP Fiori applications. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, RICEF objects inline with the business requirements. - Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into SAP Fiori applications (ODATA developments). - Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for SAP Fiori, including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori-related issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user manuals for SAP Fiori applications. Academic and Skill Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in any Object Oriented programming language (OO ABAP is a plus). - Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming concepts. - Familiarity with Eclipse Framework. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
