ServiceNow Engineer

Overview : As an experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will assist in the strategic design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of ServiceNow DLP IR initiatives, at an enterprise Responsibilities : - Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. - Design and engineer ServiceNow DLP security solutions that align with corporate level strategies. - Create, review and maintain relevant documentation including documenting & publishing fixes in central knowledge base. - Work with global teams to provide consistent processes and solutions. - Competency to lead technical and strategic conversations with respect to ServiceNow SecOps and can advise partners on complex technical deployments and guidance navigating ServiceNow Skills & Competencies : - 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development using Rest APIs , Webservices and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience in integrations, Flow designer and Orchestration. - Knowledge of MID server and MID server application. - Knowledge on Plugin installation and configuration. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related : - Experience in ServiceNow SecOps or DLP IR is desirable. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - ServiceNow certifications - Certified System Administrator/Certified Application Developer. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow team dashboard.
