Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Naples, FL Pay Rate: $18/hour Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Greet customers quickly and in a friendly manner, ensuring excellent service. Handle customer requests in person or by phone, providing information about services, equipment, and billing. Accept payments and ensure the proper internal/external documentation is completed. Provide Tier 1 technical support, including troubleshooting and rebooting equipment. Improve customer retention and drive sales by offering relevant programs and services. Follow through on customer inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. Continuously stay up-to-date on all company products, services, and promotions. Use the billing system to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests. Ensure accuracy of customer accounts and billing information with zero errors. Maintain an ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training. Answer customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain prompt and consistent attendance, adhering to the schedule. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
