VENN GROUP The specialists in professional temporary recruitment Facilities Assistant wanted for an exciting opportunityLocation: BristolLength: Temporary Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours per week)Responsibilities:• Provide maintenance support within a commercial environment• Responsible for clearing out all residential bin stores and carrying out litter picking• Complete a variety of non-skilled works including minor plumbing, electrics and carpentry• Responsible for carrying out reactive tasks such as hanging notice boards and changing lightbulbs and batteries• Maintain the grounds/garden areas• Responsible for testing emergency equipment such as lighting and fire equipment on a cyclical basis Requirements:• Experience of general maintenance duties, preferably within a commercial environment• Please note, an Enhanced DBS check will be required for this positionTo be considered for this opportunity please email your updated CV to ASAP.
