We are currently looking for a motivated logistics professional to join our Vienna office. In this role, you will support our five offices across Region East and help tackle the dynamic logistics challenges of our growing region. Region East Logistics Specialist (f/m/n) Full-time or Part-time Responsibilities: Independently manage logistics controlling within Region East by analyzing freight costs, stock levels, and claims. Work closely with both local logistics teams and the HQ logistics department in Denmark to develop solutions and optimize processes. Standardize ways of working across Region East and support local teams with training and development initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and collaborating with other BESTSELLER teams and external partners. Support the Head of Logistics in Region East with ongoing projects and evaluations. Take ownership of your own logistics projects over time. Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment. Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity. Fast learner with a solution-oriented and hands-on mindset. Accurate, reliable, and a strong team player. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent English knowledge (spoken and written); German or another regional language is a plus. Availability for at least 30 hours per week; full-time also possible.
