The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. This role is key to uncovering insights from large datasets, developing predictive solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making to strengthen the organization’s strategic advantage. Your responsibilities Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in large datasets Build and implement machine learning models and predictive algorithms to address business challenges Design solutions incorporating generative AI capabilities for relevant use cases Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data, ensuring data integrity and handling outliers or anomalies Develop a comprehensive Indirect Procurement Spend cube by integrating data from various systems Communicate insights through visualizations, presentations, and reports for stakeholders across the organization Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand priorities and align projects with strategic goals Deploy machine learning models into production and continuously monitor their performance Set up model validation and monitoring frameworks to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability Employer requirements Strong background in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis Proven experience with pattern recognition and predictive modeling Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL Programming knowledge in Python, R, Java, or similar languages Experience with BI tools like Power BI, QlikView, MicroStrategy, or similar Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI) Strong data visualization skills using libraries/tools like matplotlib, ggplot, d3.js, or Tableau Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, research-driven environment Experience applying data science to business areas such as retail, marketing, finance, or supply chain Development opportunities conferences abroad external training mentoring
